At first I wasn't happy that this wasn't a full back massager, but I was proven wrong! I can move it to the exact location that is sore. Lower back, mid back, upper back and neck area. It's super portable & easier to store away than the bigger full seat massager. I love that it has a heat setting and an intensity setting, too.

It's comfy to lay on. It gets into your muscles pretty deep and feels good. Hell, I'll pick it up and let it massage the rest of my head too. My only complaint is that it does make a bit of a grinding noise. But other than that, it's great. The noise is pretty much a non issue.

This massage pillow is the right size, and unlike other pillows has lots of features. It kneads and massages, at the same time, which is great if you like a hard massage.
